Aw. James Comey is upset that folks think the FBI "Weaseled Out".

So Comey, by way of covering his own *** essentially tore the entire infection laden lid off things when he said the Department of Justice handed out the immunity deals.

He concedes that the FBI was utterly powerless because the Department of Justice gave a free-pass to everyone involved in the investigation who then proceeded to lie to the FBI investigators who likely knew they were being lied to, but everyone agreed, "well, **** it."

There really is NO hope for this country. I'm calling it. It's done. When you have a Presidential candidate, even one who has been serving as Secretary of State able to manipulate the ******* Department of Justice, we're ******* done here.

FBI Docs: Hillary Deleted Nearly 1,000 Emails With David Petraeus

A potentially explosive nugget from the FBI's Friday document dump of investigatory notes from the Clinton email probe has been all but ignored by the media. And that is the revelation that Hillary Clinton deleted 1,000 work-related emails between herself and General David Petaeus from his time as the director of the United States Central Command.

Petraeus started out as the leader of U.S. Central Command and then became the director of the CIA during Clinton's tenure as secretary of State, so not only were those emails obviously work related, they very likely were highly classified. The implications here are staggering.

In Aug. 2015, the Pentagon called the State Department and informed an unnamed official there that "CENTCOM records showed approximately 1,000 work-related emails between Clinton's personal email and General David Petraeus."

The FBI noted that "[m]ost of those 1,000 emails were not believed to be included in the 30,000 emails" that Clinton turned over to the State Department in Dec. 2014

Hillary has long maintained that the emails her lawyers unilaterally deleted were personal emails pertaining to “yoga routines, family vacations” and other matters that had nothing to do with government. She repeated the same nonsense to Congress while under oath.

In August of 2015, she signed a statement to a federal judge declaring "under penalty of perjury" that she turned over all work-related emails.

The FBI summary also revealed that top State Department officials were actually putting pressure on employees to hide the fact that they were finding classified information in Clinton's emails.

Because the Department of Justice. (Our department of justice lower case intended, granted immunity to the various invested parties. Then when the FBI half-heartedly questioned them, they lied.

Nixon wasn't this bold. Not by a long shot. We're done here folks. Trump's an ******* but the way the media has painted him as all but a serial rapist... Wow. And it's going to get significantly worse over the next three weeks. I don't like Trump at all. But the way the campaign has been going, the level of smear that has been thrown out there. It's flat out ugly. Really really ugly.

Trump's smear is unsophisticated blustering. He says **** and people quote him. The media follows him around and digs up **** he said 10 years ago from any context. (And since he's an utter asshat, he's said some really stupid ******* things, particularly since he probably never dreamt he'd be running for President.) And then they spin it in whatever format they want.

Hillary is paying millions and millions of dollars for slick, produced ads that capitalize on any perceived opportunity to attack Trump. It's sickening to watch all that campaign money go to work to tear down another candidate when it should be used to get her ideals and platform out to the voters.

I wonder if 100 years from now, if there is still a USA, how this era will be looked at. Will it be on par with the corruption of the late 1860s through the 1870s, the Tammany Hall stuff and the corruption of the Grant administration, the corruption of the Gilded Age? I think that is generally agreed to be some of the most corrupt times in our history. It would be interesting to see how it would be portrayed.
 
I doubt we make it another 100 years without a complete do over. Too much corruption and the government needs shrunk back down to normal size.
