Baltimore Ravens at Steelers Gameday thread 10-8-23

Canaduh’s job is safe for another week.
 
WOW! The Rats should have been up at least 20-3 in the first half and we stole this one. The D shut them down in the 2nd half and the O did enough to win and keep Canaduh until the end of the year, at a minimum. KP played well despite the naysayers on here. The OL still has a long way to go but Jones should keep the LT spot.
 
I am amazed they managed to win that game. Simply amazing. Like I said before the game Harbaugh has a history of ******* up. So that gives the Steelers a chance no matter how much they suck.

I don't want to stamp that, but the pass to Pickens was beautiful. Warren for me spear headed the turn around and then Joey Jr. and the pass rushers chipped in.
 
all I can say is WOW. When Gunnar fumbled, I thought we were toast. Should have been toast. But the football gods shined down upon us--we were due-- and the game ends fittingly with a TJ sack. And all props to Highsmith. Amazing fumble caused . Great blocked punt. Just an unexpected result, but we will take it.

Unfortunately this will probably mean that Canadumb will be with us the rest of the season.
 
And this is why Tomlin will never be let go. Canada safe for the season. Perhaps even extended before the day is out. Rooney doesn't want him to get away. Right?

that said a great win today. Defense did what had to be done and the offense got their single TD!!!! First place baby!!! SB bound dare I say?

Overall he did. Terrible OL, guys not getting open, bad play calling most of the game, Austin falling down, Pickens running the wrong route and maybe 2 or 3 off throws. Other than that, he was good. He stood in the pocket under pressure and he was getting hammered again. Our OL can't block for shiznit. Jones may have been our best OL today.

Exactly...we have just have been stopping ourselves.

Steelers had no business winning. Offense and defense were bad (thank goodness for those dropped passes). They kept it close and made the big plays in big moments.
 
Ravens got away from the run. In fact, I can't recall but a few runs by them by their RB's.

Sims just said we beat up the Ravens.

He's ****** us every time he's on the field. Now granted Heyward blindsided him high ,but damn if not for bad luck he'd have no luck at all.
 
The announcers said something about KP saying he was going to Pickens if he was 1 on 1. I don't know if they were saying he was now allowed to audible to that or not but that looks like what happened on that TD throw. If that's the case, good on the coaches for finally allowing that and good on KP for going there and making the nice throw.
