Anyone that thinks NFL teams don't do research is crazy. The Colts knew Warren wouldn't be playing - I garauntee they planned for either Snell or McFarland to back up Najee.

That being said, Tonight is all on Coach Canada. I watched 10 collegiate games on Saturday and EVERY SINGLE ONE had better offensive play callers than Coach Canada. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!

We shall see...

I was just thinking about some other running backs that were good but not on a good team.

Barry Sanders is definately one of those.

Walter Payton was astounding but not his team for many years.

Fred Taylor, not sure if he would qaulify but close.

there are more but Sanders and Payton are unquestionable and VERYVERY good but I think they would fall shorter than when on their own respective teams.

Maybe O'Canada can adjust some as time goes on but currently it's a fail system.

I don't get to watch nearly as much college ball but I watched parts of two different games and both had better flow and schematics than our OC has.

He looked more locked in than Harris and did not hesitate at all. I think we surprised defenses without the stuffer steps
 
I liked the combination of Snell/McFarland. They complemented the running game and each other. They hit the holes properly and took what they had. They didn’t go down as soon as they hit trouble-some of the losses happen- but mostly, they took what was given to them and made best of the opportunities.

As I was glancing sites to see what boards were talking about I saw him pimping a RB in 1. 😅

They should have learned after Mendenhall, They didn't. Harris is even worse than Mendenhall, I doubt they ever go 1st round RB again. We get a few more years of watching Najee dance and run into the backs of his blockers.
