Bears week - my checklist is empty

My defensive gameplay. Play cover vs. Their receivers and spy Williams with Queen. Let the front four hunt.

I'd rather Queen hunt and put Wilson on Caleb all day like his fingernail polish...

Offensive-wise, I suspect the BIG package to thrive with all the starting LBs out. Pound the rock all day and draw the inexperienced players in the box - opening the middle of the field for DK.

To drop the ******* ball when it hits him dead *** in the hands...

I just read that the Vikings blitzed Caleb and the bears on 67% of his drop backs last week. Did you guys know the Steelers have blitzed the 4th most in the league @ 34%? That number is higher than I would have guessed.
Bears have an NFL best of 22 takeaways with 15 interceptions.

Williams has seven touchdowns to zero interceptions when blitzed but has either over- or under-thrown a receiver on 28% of his pass attempts when facing added pressure. Are we going to bring the heat?

It’s that time of the year where we should know an identity of the team. It’s a big game. It could be a huge confidence booster going forward. A game in Chicago winter season. They better figure out what they have with Rodgers. No room for Bull-****. Sit him if not ready.

I

They will sit on those short passing routes a ton. I expect them to get two ints if we get all stupid and pass happy today.

It's a grind them down day. Hit them with the hammer, which would include Mt. Washington.

Yep, I fully agree. Remember when CMT first started using those short quick passes? Ben’s first year back from his injury,2020.
We jumped to that fools gold 11-0 start, and I kept on thinking…….what is our opposition doing? All we do is the short quick passes, when are they going to adjust? When the league finally did 3/4’s of the way in the season, the rest was history. And really….our offense hasn’t changed much since.

I am looking for a disciplined, boring smash down away game. With some play action. Control the clock. Let’s hope our D comes to play. I can’t figure them out. If we have to play catchup football it could be the downfall. We need this game.
