Ben 26 in top 100 says a lot

Joe Haden is #23. How many GM's in the league would pick Joe Haden in a draft before Ben?

Also this means that LeVeon Bell and Antonio Brown are gonna be lower on the list than Ben.

OK, say you do a 10 team draft with the available talent pool of the NFL to create a team. Ben, Brown, and Bell would all be taken in the first 2 rds. Bell is a top 2 back, Brown is the top receiver, and Ben led the league in yards. Order would probably go: Bell pick 3, Brown pick 9, Ben pick 13 in a fantasy draft. A good problem to have for Steelers fans of offense.

I do not believe any of them would be out of the first round and I suspect that all would be gone by pick 15. If given a choice right now to pick quarterbacks how many would go ahead of Ben 5?, If your picking and the top 15 quarter backs are gone maybe only top ten would you pick one of the remaining qbs or brown, same thing with bell although he is injured and may have a question mark for this year.

#26, what a joke. I wouldn't pick 5 players before Ben to start a franchise

But that's most valuable, not best.

J.J. Watt and Megatron are better player than Ben, but put them in a draft and Ben goes first.

Hard to be the 2nd best QB in the league when you haven't won a playoff game in 5 years. I love Ben bit this is a what have you done lately for me league and Ben has come up wanting in that department.

Interesting discussion on this topic at the steeler web site. It seems that only some of the nfl players vote on these choices. Labs went into great detail about the process and it seems to be just what we thought it was by just who we thought they were.

so where does Marcia fall ??? Cheater will probably be #2 .. which will also prove that this is a farce -- I cannot see the players voting for him after deflategate

Throughout Ben's whole career he's always been overlooked when it comes to the success the Pittsburgh Steelers have had with him as their starting QB.

Early in his career it was the brilliance of Ken Wisenhunt who simplified the offense and the system to make it easy for Ben. So the analysts jumped all over the fact that his success was due to the system Ben was in.
In the middle of his career they described his style of football as "SANDLOT" playground style of football.....a guy who could extend the play and improvise all the while having a Top 5 Defense backing him up at all times.
Now in the twilight of his career it will be all about the weapons that Big Ben has around him as to how successful he is....Antonio Brown, LeVeon Bell, Heath Miller, Markus Wheaton, Martavius Bryant, Sammie Coates, the O-line......blah, blah, blah!

The irony in all of this is when you look at his career and compare it to Troy Aikman a guy who had multiple HoF'er around him on the O-line, WR & RB. Aikman was always given credit as a great QB, a leader, an excellent passer despite having so many similarities throughout his career to Ben's.

Now I hope Ben uses that as motivation through the remainder of his career to prove all the doubters wrong! I can't stand it! Ben is one of the best QB's this league has seen since 2000 and for pundits and critics to not give Big Ben the recognition he so greatly deserves I hope Ben just makes them eat their words as he plays out his career as one of best QB's the game has ever seen.

This.....

Give me a break. Don't you guys / gals, realize the commissioner has been busy, making sure, t*mmy b*y plays by the rules... You really don't think he has time to make sure this voting is legitamite, do yaz?????

Salute the nation

These lists are a ******* joke. Ben is TOP 5 and everybody knows it...whether they admit it or not.

Ben sucks monkey balls, what a ******* loser he is... He couldnt win a playoff game ever, oh wait, he has two rings? Well, maybe he bought them on eBay

(watch out, sarcasm above)

he should of been in the top 15

CBS Analyst picks Ben Roethlisberger as an MVP sleeper

by Kirk Larrabee - Jul 8

Big Ben for MVP?

Given the offense that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has this season, he could very well find himself in the type of situation that would make him an MVP candidate.

CBS Sports writer Will Brinson has Roethlisberger on his list of MVP sleepers for the coming season.

"It's entirely possible — likely? — 2014 was the best season of Roethlisberger's career," Brinson wrote. "He managed to take a step in Todd Haley's offense, combining an impressive mental approach to the game with his already ridiculous physical skills. Roethlisberger looked like a quarterback who could easily manage to mature well, something that hardly seemed likely when you think about some of the hits and the style of play that marked the early part of his career...
