Ben is fed up with this team, and his coaches. His face on the sideline tells me everything I need to know about this team. If Tomlin stays, Ben will not be back next year. If Ben does stay, Tomlin will be the one to go.

The Steelers suck and it's because we kept too many players past their prime and we are paying for it now. You need to fire GM before Tomlin you have not one all pro on defense in the last 3 years. Troy got the veterans exception in 2012. The secondary has been horrible for at least 6 years

Obviously never "had" this team. He inherited a loaded roster that has underachieved regressively with each season. A top 10 defense and franchise QB carried him for his first 4 seasons. Most of that talent is gone and hasn't been replaced with equals.

Its time to clean house, get as many picks as possible, and actually rebuild with intelligent leadership. The entire coaching staff and front office need to go. Ben isn't going to sniff another SB here. Take his value while its there in picks. I would even trade Brown and Bell. There's a ton of value there being wasted.

I'm amazed that the minority owners have put up with this clown act this long.

I will give some blame to Ben. if his receivers aren't playing up to level then he needs to be working with them 24/7.
2 years with a receiver and you guys aren't on the same page yet?
How long did it take Manning to get on the same page with Emanual Sanders?
He is supposed to be the leader of that offense. Teams often take the identity of their biggest star. It shows.

No one has ever accused this guy of having a hard work ethic. In fact we have heard the opposite. Eleven yrs in the league and he is just now hiring a trainer/dietician to keep his weight and health inline. Says a lot.
