The exterior of the stadium is ugly and won't age well. There are also some very interesting design choices in the seating bowl that I just don't understand. But, it's outdoors and natural grass, so two huge wins for this stadium.
The roof and screens look just like the designs, so I'm not quite sure why people were surprised. It never looked like the roof was going to cover many fans (maybe a couple dozen rows, at most, in the upper deck), though the screens do look comically small for a brand new stadium.
Most of the obstructed-view seats are common--the railings are unavoidable. Now, there are some legit obstructed-view seats in the stadium that are downright embarrassing for the architect. Inexcusable to have half the field or corners of the end zone cut off.
In the end, all these new stadiums are used for is to maximize profits by focusing every design choice around premium seating areas and jacking up ticket costs for the regular seats.
I think most fans would be satisfied with large, efficient concession lines and bathrooms and good Wi-Fi.
