Have you been to Kentucky or Southern Indiana? Let me just say wow. Once you get south of the Cincinnati Area or as soon as you cross the river into Southern Indiana things get interesting quick. Sure we have some dumb ***** in OH but no more than many States, when looking at unhealthy activities like Smoking, Indiana and Kentucky are always way at the top of the list, Indiana it is predominantly from the southern half. South Eastern and Central OH shares a lot on Common with West Virginia and is part of the fringes of Appalachia. Aside from that area OH is pretty decent with many medium size cities than most Central States, two of the best amusement parks in the Country and lots and lots of field corn and Soy Beans in between. We also have a real shitload of small colleges.

I have been to every backwater part of this country east of California… my opinion stands… and i have been to every single part of ohio so much i can tell you the areas that are meh, the ones tgat aren’t bad and the epicenter of stupidity… which used to be cochocton… there are several in contention now that conesville closed up and scattered that collection of interesting people lol
I believe you to be right. From my experience living in Ohio is that they do indeed mock other states and cities to another level.

My old boss (a great guy) had a Browns helmet in his office. Needless to say he wasn't happy about me being a Steelers fan. And I knew on Mondays to avoid him like the plague if the Steelers beat them on Sunday.
