Witnesses in those circumstances are almost always wrong. The other vehicle was about fifty feet away traveling perpendicular to Newtons vehicle. Damage does not look like multiple rolls or high speed. Distance is too short to support that story. These might be the same guys that saw missiles hit the world trade center. No info from police on the accident just comments from witnesses.
