Taylor was absolutely a projected loaded with raw athleticism and the potential to be very good. He didn't have much experience and even his college coach thought he was raw, but knew he'd be good with time.

Yeah, Taylor lasted to the 4th round only because of how raw he was. He was academically ineligible his first two years and played as a walk-on at Louisiana-Lafayette. His first year he played tailback and special teams. He played exactly ONE season at CB.

If that is not the definition of a project, I don't know what is.
