I appreciate the debate but we cannot just zoom in on the event without looking at the entire picture. True or false? I vote true and here's why...
Since, we, as Republicans (I won't throw my color in here lest
@Booted get offended), believe in God and His wonderful works - let's go back to the beginning of time. God created the Earth and everything on it and called it 'good'. Adam and Eve failed to follow the simple instruction of not eating the fruit from one tree, the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and subsequently, they were booted (see what I did there) out of the Garden of Eden and then their eldest son Cain - killed Able because of HATE.
Long story short, every mishap since the disobedience of Adam and Eve is because of sin. When we knowingly sin - we hate God and His commandments for us. Plain and simple. Connect the dots.
