I appreciate the debate but we cannot just zoom in on the event without looking at the entire picture. True or false? I vote true and here's why...

Since, we, as Republicans (I won't throw my color in here lest @Booted get offended), believe in God and His wonderful works - let's go back to the beginning of time. God created the Earth and everything on it and called it 'good'. Adam and Eve failed to follow the simple instruction of not eating the fruit from one tree, the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and subsequently, they were booted (see what I did there) out of the Garden of Eden and then their eldest son Cain - killed Able because of HATE.

Long story short, every mishap since the disobedience of Adam and Eve is because of sin. When we knowingly sin - we hate God and His commandments for us. Plain and simple. Connect the dots.

Again, I will give you and Charlie's supporters the benefit of doubt that his comments were taken out of context. I also made it clear that the act of killing him was senseless and unwarranted...

I saw where someone was talking about the seed not bringing forth fruit unless it dies and falls in the ground and then brings forth fruit 100 fold. I think his death has touched a lot of people of all stripes and one can hope that revival and good comes out of it.

Here's my take on Charlie...People slandered him all the time. He would calmly ask them to clarify what he said or did that was racist, sexist, etc...they never could provide an actual example. He respectfully tried to educate and challenge people. He wanted people to think critically. He encouraged open dialog with those of differing opinion.
 
They tried offing Trump twice.
Funny being the racist and hateful country liberals say we are, there was not a single shot fired at Obama during his 8 years,

She got fired and office depot issed an apology and an offer to fill the order needed.

It clearly shows you how fast a society can decline. The difference between having a moral compass or nothing at all.

The decay is real and it has to be countered continuously. That's why we must focus on the youth and why Charlie went to so many colleges, which unfortunately are filled with leftwing indoctrination.

Kirk’s arguments were always fact driven. They just can’t stand it, thus the hate and slander.

Oh it drives them even more batshit crazy than they are. They thrive on emotion and feelings over facts.

A VERY violent lot. One great thing about social media, is that it they have exposed their true selves the last few days and I'm so thankful for that.

They should keep on with it.

I encourage you to listen to him in full not in selected and clipped segments. Certainly, you will not agree with everything he says but you will see these were clipped for shock effect not to accurately portray the man for what he was. They were intended to make you hate him, so you won't listen to him. I promise you most who hate him never listened to him only to these select snippets. You will likely find you have more in common than is disagreement.

Why does anyone feel the need to add racial qualifiers to anything? Most do it because they are trying to promote their racist views about something or another at differing levels.

I always go back to the discussion between Chris Wallace and Morgan Freeman on 60 minutes. MF says that to end racism you first need to quit referring to each other as a black man or a white man. While that is not a quote, it is what he was saying.
