With Josh McDanials coaching the Raiders will he bring what he brought to denver..... A cheating scandal.

He is from the Billicheat tree and more likely than not one of the very few who had privilege of "in the know".

Coach Billie boy wishes him well

I think it will take some time but eventually something will point a finger towards him but NOTHING will happen as the league could care less about the integrity of itself, unless there is an agenda happening.

the league couldn't care less about the integrity of itself

Until the 50s 'pro' football was viewed by many in the same light as rasslin. TV brought it into the mainstream. Football has always been a vehicle for gambling.

Growing up, I saw our heroes the same as any other kid - had a good week when they won and a lesser week when they lost. Til the mid 70s they lost a lot but mauled the other guys in the process. Bruno Sammartino really should have been a Steeler. I digress.

As time passed a lot of games became suspicious. The ball has an odd shape but outcomes eclipsed the shape of the ball. Many come to mind. Now we're at a point where you can tell the outcome by the demeanor of teams as they exit the tunnel before playoff games. That was painfully obvious before SB45 and I've noted it since. Recall the Chefs v bungholes, and then the bungholes v the Rams.

And don't nobody tell me that Bolts/ Raiders playoff that sent us to face the Chefs wasn't fixed... real time.

The 'league' and its participants are about one thing - money. As we all know from adult life, money drives everything. That is why everything is corrupt. Including the 'league'. Enter fantasy and online gambling. Why do you imagine that any outcome follows anything but the 'league's directives? Why was Silverback held, horse-collared, gang-tackled on every play and seldom got the flag? Because he was a force of nature that would have prevented the opposition from running plays. And there wouldn't ave been enough ambulances to transport the carnage. He knew the score and paid dearly for it because of his 'demeanor' that the 'league' didn't care for.

The whole cheats saga? Recall that that emerged right in the wake of 9/11. Seriously, you people. Who is the 'league' going to showcase right after 9/11 other than freekin Patriots? And the narrative grew into a dynasty that challenged our own legacy - 6. It is amusing to watch the GOAT narrative continue to unfold. 7. Retire. Unretire. 8. Book it.

Isn't cheating illegal? No. Pro football is classified as entertainment that can be scripted as the 'league' desires. And they do. And gambling drives the script. Recall the flags that decided the latest extravaganza and the pall that accompanied the bungholes as they exited the tunnel prior to that game.

Excellent post Vincint, thank you

You nailed it and the league could care less about values as long as the money is rolling. Hand-job BoB owns cable companies which inturn are a part of the TV contracts.

they would not want to bite the hand thats feeding, I'm sure he has influence due to that fact.

Wasn't there a basketball team owner who got muscled out to sell because of something he said in the privacy of his own home........... WHY wasn't Robert held accountable to several of the biggest cheating scandles the league has ever seen............. what about the head coach's accountability (S. Patton says Hi ).

There are just to many things to let it go but also KNOW I am a lot like Djfan.............. have given up on the NFL. meaninfluness ! It is entertainment ONLY.

I never gamble (earned money greater than a $1.00 pickem pool very seldom anything higher $$$ and if so maybe $5.00)

I'll still be looking for t*mmyb*y durring the blizzard this winter and if by chance I nab him I'll be sure to let the board know the outcome.
