Last few weeks have not had many great games but this week is loaded. No shortage of ranked and interesting matchups.

Indiana at 4 Penn State 7:30 ABC - PSU -12.5 O/U 53.5
Could this be a revenge game for Penn State after losing on a controversial (IE Wrong) call that gave Indiana the win? Indiana had a magic season last year but they've struggled this year. Their QB Penix has struggled and Indiana doesn't have much in terms of field stretchers. Penn State's defense has been outstanding and Indiana will struggle to move the ball unless Penix can create big plays. Penn State has struggled to run the ball but their passing game has been very sharp.

8 Arkansas at 2 Georgia Noon CBS - GA -16.5 O/U 48.5
Arkansas has been a surprise. They shot up the ranking after wins against Texas and then Texas A&M. But how good are either of those teams? Hard to say. Georgia will be a big step up in competition. Georgia has been impressive but they haven't played anybody. At the time a 10-3 win vs Clemson looked like a huge win but not so much anymore as they have struggled mightily. Other than that GA beat up on UAB, South Car and Vandy. I'm kind of liking the under in this one.

14 Michigan at Wisconsin Noon FOX - Wisconsin -2 O/U 43.5

Let's see. We have a ranked and undefeated Michigan up against 2 loss Wisconsin and curiously, Wisconsin is favored. It's almost like Vegas is telling you to go big on Michigan. I mean Wisconsin sucks right? Did you know they lost big to ND last week? Michigan has looked good against nobody. They racked up a lot of points and rush yards against some bad opponents but last week they struggled vs Rutgers.

Rutgers loaded the box to take away the run and MIchigan didn't do much in the passing game. Rutgers held Michigan to 2.9 yards per carry. Wisconsin has a great run defense and will likely do the same. Michigan has barely tried to pass. They only had 16 pass attempts vs Rutgers and that was a season high. Is Michigan holding back and waiting to unleash a great passing game, or do they just suck at passing? Maybe we'll find out this week.

7 Cincinnati at 9 Notre Dame 2:30 NBC - Cin -2 O/U 50
Another curious line with ND a home dog to Cincy. Could be because Notre Dame QB situation is unsettled. This could be a program changing game for Cincy. ND may be the only ranked opponent they play this year so it's a must win if they want to even be considered for the playoffs.

12 Ole Miss at 1 Alabama 3:30 CBS - Alabama -14.5 O/U 79.5
Lane Kiffin knows how to score points vs Bama but does he have enough talent to stay competitive for 4 quarters? The biggest thing in this game is watching Ole Miss QB Matt Corral make his case to be the 1st overall pick. I'm thinking MIss keeps it interesting early and Bama pulls away late. Might be able to get some good live odds on Bama if Miss scores a few early.

10 Florida at Kentucky 6:00 ESPN - Fla -7.5 O/U 56
Kentucky is unbeaten but hasn't played anybody yet. Former Penn State QB Will Levis is starting for Kentucky. At PSU he was used mainly as a runner but Kentucky has him playing more from the pocket. He's been OK so far hasn't played a good team yet.

21 Baylor at 19 Oklahoma State 7:00 ESPN2 - OKST -3.5 O/U 47

22 Auburn at LSU 9:00 ESPN - LSU -3 O/U 56

it appears that Auburn is benching QB Bo Nix. UCLA ran all over LSU. Will they be able to stop Auburn's run game?

Arizona State at 20 UCLA 10:30 FSN - UCLA -3 O/U 56.5
Chip Kelly has UCLA playing good ball. The Pac 12 needs UCLA to stay ranked to set up a highly ranked matchup with Oregon later in the year.

Pitt appears to be in Dr. Jekyll mode today so far, up 28-7 over Georgia Tech in the 2nd.

Nice post Tape, thanks.

Salute the nation

Kenny Pickett is playing at an elite level this year. I can't imagine there are many QBs in the country right now.

TCU lost a DB the same stupid targeting rule UH lost on to last night. I good solid hit on the receiver with no flag and then after a long review called by the idiots upstairs the kid is gone for the whole game. Nothing flagrant about the hit, it is bullshit to lose a player for this ****

Michigan commits its first turnover with 1:27 left in game five of a 38-17 blowout

Guess Wisconsin is a nobody too eh Tape??

Watching Oregon at Stanford and found that the officials are as bad at the college level as the NFL officials

Was a nail biter ;)

Not too bad with the mailman at QB. JT Daniels being constantly injured is starting to worry me

Well hopefully he can get healed up soon. Got Auburn&Florida as the biggest challenges left on the schedule. I wouldn't sleep on Kentucky either.

they do have 3 losses don't they? Plus their QB got knocked out. Solid win for Michigan but the wheels have clearly come off Wisconsin.
