college games...

Ole Miss played a good game. I just know it won't last long. They have Texas A&M next week in college station. Then they have LSU, Auburn and MS. State to end the season. Bama had two weeks to prepare for Ole Miss and this is what they do?

OK got beat by TCU. So that means:

#2 Oregon lost
#3 Bama lost
#4 OK lost
#6 Texas A&M lost
#14 Stanford lost
#17 Wisconsin lost

Still more teams to play tonight.

4 of the Top 6 teams lost...what the hell does that say about the whole poll process? I still believe the NCAA championship for the last 40 years is a sham...

Mississippi St looks like a group of young men who want to make some noise in the college football world. Impressive team thus far

I don't like the polls but I think the champs the past few years since the BCS is pretty close. I can't think of a team that won that didn't deserve it on the field.

flicking channels and saw Sandlot was on. football is done till Sandlot is over....

College ball has gotten more interesting today....generally I just keep tabs on PSU for the 1st few weeks while everyone else shakes out a bit.

I even look forward to the 10:30p games this year.

the NFL is starting to look more and more like the WWE or something, it's nice to watch the players playing hard, fun to watch the different philosophies of football that college games have, good to watch refs and rules that make better sense.

it's still pablum for us masses, lol....

I am now WAY more interested in watching college ball than pro. It's nice to watch a game and not be constantly expecting some BS penalty flag thrown on every play.

So Im thinking with a bunch of one loss teams at seasons end there will still be controversy over how the national champion is decided.

Pitt just lost to Virginia. Close game. Voytik sucks.

Lol USC just lost to Az St. on a hail mary, they lost a double-digit 4th qtr lead

War Damn Eagle!! If we aren't #2 this week, then I will go apeshit. We dominated LSU the entire game...add to that the Bama loss (LMFAO) and the Sooners loss, and we should be sitting pretty.

Top 4 of 6 lost. Bama had it coming and may lose another or two. Enjoy playing before New Years!! Wait, NO, Go Auburn!!!! SEC Ole Miss!!! SEC Miss ST !!! SEC

Got to think ND, Mich St, Ole Miss, & Miss St be close to or in top 5. Auburn should be #1 FSU is only by default

We would have beaten them last year in the championship game had we not laid down in the third quarter. We had FSU on the ropes and thought we had the game won. I don't want to get my hopes up about being #1 though. I would rather fly under the radar, so to speak.

Auburn has a tough schedule from here on out. One week at a time.....one game at a time.

Auburn should be #1. I was in East Lansing last night, MSU escaped with a game they should have won by double digits going away. If they are going to run the table they need to stop doing what the Steelers do every week and stay on the throttle for four quarters. That defense is legit even with all the seniors they lost. Shilique Calhoun is the best DL in college football, it's too bad that even if he were available we wouldn't be smart enough to draft him. He would change the mojo up front all by himself. He is damn near unblockable out there.

Big come from behind last minute win for Notre Dame!!

They should be in the "playoff" mix come Monday...

Team looks good this year...recent recruiting classes paying dividends, especially on defense.
