So much crying, whining, bellyaching on this board, yikes. If you could bottle the incessant rage, discontentment, and consternation here, you could assemble a hydrogen bomb.

Presumably *all of that* is in the past, as I gather everyone is super happy now with the coronation of King Trump and the ushering in of MAGA to the the halls of power.

What more can you ask for? A hand-picked administration, a Supreme Court that kneels in fealty, blind loyalty and unbridled support from MAGA GOP on the Hill, and groveling billionaire oligarchs lining up to kiss the ring. No more pesky checks & balances or separation of powers. The next four years will be the hard reset so many here have been praying for. Trump will now have two terms in office, eight years total, to "drain the swamp" and get things right.

Hoping everything is to your satisfaction from hereon, and this board will be full of rainbows, sunshine, and unicorns from now.

I'm on record as stating I do not like the situation at all, with the lack of balance of power. Trump's ego going unchecked is a very dangerous thing IMO. But, it's better than Obama using another muppet in the oval office for another 4 years.

I think it took about 4 months for our Buda-bottom to re-emerge from that safe space after the first Trump victory, so this drive-by slander with a blowy kiss at the end demonstrates that the biitch is devolving.

A lot of Dems and leftist media outlets are lining up to kiss the ring too, despite calling him Hitler and a massive threat to democracy for all these years. One might think they were being a bit disingenuous, if one was cynical!

I do not love Trump as you know but I am certainly thrilled that a lot of leftist nonsense has been soundly repudiated by this election.
