Okay, news is slow

nothing real to discuss until training camp unless there are more FA moves

so coolie has been drinking today (big surprise) and talking football with his brothers (only one of which is a Steeler fan) and started thinking about what non Steeler I would like to add to this team. No necessarily a current player, but a non Steeler to yank out in their prime and add to this team for the coming season.

Not a QB or RB or WR as that would be too easy.

I came up with Bruce Matthews. In my mind the best OL to ever play. He may not be the best ever at any single position but he was talented and flexible enough to play any position on the OL. He would definitely be an upgrade pretty much anywhere along the current OL.

So who do you have? Who do you think would make this team better?

we probably have, but there are some new posters who might have good ideas, not likely but possible

what a shock that the first two posts are OL

Munoz is Matthew's ***** though
 
Dermonti(sp) Dawson.

Mathews would be our best Tackle (should we play him there) should we get him but we need a Center as welll.
