Covid Vaccine

“The vaccine is good. I recommend it” Less intellectually, but essentially the same thing Fauci said… that you are saying is a lie.
Go to Key West if you want to. There's a pandemic going on and you very well could get sick. Not everyone will be going, but you do you.

same. *******. thing.

“Just wait.. keep watching… get your popcorn… I’m not predicting anything” Pathetic. Again, you know you’re wrong and are trying to spin **** using percentages without any perspective whatsoever.

Pennsylvania saw a 64% increase… on an average of 168 daily cases.

Texas saw a 24% increase… on an average of 15,000.

Yeah, I’m waiting.

And look at the graph. Increases in cases began at the same time everywhere. The Delta variant had been detected in every state 8 weeks ago and you’re arguing 14 day trends? *****, please!

So you're predicting that PA, MA, NY, NJ, MN, RI, CT, NH, VT, et al will not see a continued sharp rise in cases?

The trends show I'm right. Negative cases in states that were previously leading the nation. LARGE 14-day increases in cases that were seeing little rise previously.

It's rising in San Fran and Los Angeles as well as we speak.

Detected cases and prevalence of cases are two different things, not that you would understand.

the actual traditional approach of utilizing an actual dead virus in the vaccine is probably the best all around option

Would sure seem like it. We have decades of data on them.

‘This Ends The Debate’ – Israeli Study Shows Natural Immunity 13x More Effective Than Vaccines At Stopping Delta

This analysis demonstrated that natural immunity affords longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization due to the delta variant.

A new study out of Israel suggests natural infection offers a much better shield against the delta variant than vaccines, this is after Americans have been told that vaccines offer better protection than natural infections.
Dr. Anthony Fauci and the rest of President Biden’s COVID advisors have been proven wrong about “the science” of COVID vaccines yet again.
The study was described by Bloomberg as “the largest real-world analysis comparing natural immunity – gained from an earlier infection – to the protection provided by one of the most potent vaccines currently in use.”

A few days ago, we noted how remarkable it was that the mainstream press was finally giving voice to scientists to criticize President Biden’s push to start doling out booster jabs. Well, this study further questions the credibility of relying on vaccines, given that the study showed that the vaccinated were ultimately 13x as likely to be infected as those who were infected previously, and 27x more likely to be symptomatic.
Alex Berenson, a science journalist who has repeatedly questioned the efficacy of vaccines and masks at preventing COVID, touted the study as enough to “end any debate over vaccines v natural immunity.”
1/ Wow. New Israeli preprint shows natural immunity to #SARSCoV2 is FAR superior to the artificial kind – vaccinated people were 13x as likely to be infected and 27x to have symptomatic infections as a matched cohort that was previously infected. And this is with Delta dominant. pic.twitter.com/hhD9h0vyMS

2/ The paper also shows that offering previously infected people one dose slightly reduced their infection risk (though not enough to outweigh side effects, I would argue). Along with the other emerging data, this paper should end any debate over vaccines v natural immunity…

Here’s an excerpt from a report by Science Magazine:
The new analysis relies on the database of Maccabi Healthcare Services, which enrols about 2.5 million Israelis. The study, led by Tal Patalon and Sivan Gazit at KSM, the system’s research and innovation arm, found in two analyses that people who were vaccinated in January and February were, in June, July, and the first half of August, six to 13 times more likely to get infected than unvaccinated people who were previously infected with the coronavirus.
In one analysis, comparing more than 32,000 people in the health system, the risk of developing symptomatic COVID-19 was 27 times higher among the vaccinated, and the risk of hospitalization was eight times higher.
This time, the data leave little doubt that natural infection truly is the better option for protection against the delta variant, despite the fact that the US won’t acknowledge the already infected as having antibodies protecting them from the virus.
As the first country to achieve widespread coverage by the vaccine, Israel is now in an unthinkable situation: daily case numbers have reached new record levels as the delta variant penetrates the vaccines’ protection like a hot knife slicing through butter.
At the very least, the results of the study are good news for patients who have already successfully battled COVID but show the challenge of relying exclusively on immunizations to move past the pandemic.
“This analysis demonstrated that natural immunity affords longer-lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization due to the delta variant,” the researchers said.
Unfortunately, the study also showed that any protection is time-limited. The protection offered by natural infection wanes over time, just like the protection afforded by vaccines: The risk of a vaccine-breakthrough delta case was 13x higher than the risk of developing a second infection when the original illness occurred during January or February 2021. That’s significantly more than the risk for people who were ill earlier in the outbreak.
What’s more, giving a single shot of the vaccine to those who had been previously infected also appeared to boost their protection. Still, the data don’t tell us anything about the long-term benefits of booster doses.
This latest data showing the vaccines don’t offer anywhere near the 90%+ protection that was originally advertised by the FDA after the emergency authorization. Other studies are finding harmful side effects caused by the mRNA jabs are also more prevalent than previously believed.

That’s great, Tim. At the rate they’re going (and assuming that rate keeps going) Vermont will catch up to Missouri’s 2,400 cases sometime in late February 2022. Keep watching, right?

you do realize that if Vermont, the second least populous state in the union, achieved 2,400 cases per day that ... nevermind. of course you don't

Ok I need to prefix what I am about to post here with the following disclaimer… I in no way shape or form believe the theories that the vaccines include microscopic microchips, nanobots, or any type of tracking or communication substances… tgese vaccines are so widespread and so much research is being done on them that such things would be discovered by now….

However japan just pulled 1.6 million doses because of an unknown metallic substance contamination in them….

Now this only pisses me off because one of the reasons for the newer vaccines hold up supposedly is manufacturing quality… so if the other vaccines aren’t being held to the same standards then wtf?

All you do is waffle.

South Dakota: You argue what a disaster they are based on their rate per 100K! JFC!
Vermont: I point out their rates per 100K or 14 day rates are growing, you argue rates are irrelevant because - population. JFC!

SD Population: 885K
Vermont Population: 624K

Both...tiny...states based on population.

But when it suits you, you will scream yell rant rave about SD's rates. When it doesn't, you argue who cares if it goes from 26 to 75 because the # is small.......

PA and VA have already blown the doors off of MO's declining rates, but nary a mention from you on that.

Keep swinging, keep missing.

Yer a god damned joke.

Mad, what are your thoughts on the Novavax vaccine they're trying to roll out? Heard it's going to be shipped overseas before anyone here in the U.S. even has access to it.

They are waiting on fda approval. Looking like October for submission last I read

We will only get back to normal by confronting this virus, not hiding from it, cuz you know, it's a virus, n'at.
Normal will happen when the media machine changes the narrative.

When they start talking about recover rates being where they are, telling folks that be healthy, take appropriate supplements, get a vaccine if you are at risk, stay home when sick, masks really don’t do much. You know the truth.

yes it’s a virus. Yes those at risk are at risk. This is the first time your body has been exposed to such a virus. Much like when the flu came. Millions died.

we have better treatments, better preventative care. Live your lives, be safe, smart, make informed decisions for yourself. This isn’t going anywhere.

except it. You want to live in your house. Do it. You want to live. Do it.

Viva La France. Macron forcing vaccine passports to eat in restaurants? Citizens line the streets, bring their own food, eat on the sidewalks picnic-style leaving the restaurants empty.

@madinsomniac, what say ye?

Monday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a biologics license application for the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine.

The press reported that vaccine mandates are now legal for military, healthcare workers, college students and employees in many industries. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has now required the vaccine for all teachers and school staff. The Pentagon is proceeding with its mandate for all military service members.

But there are several bizarre aspects to the FDA approval that will prove confusing to those not familiar with the pervasiveness of the FDA’s regulatory capture, or the depths of the agency’s cynicism.

First, the FDA acknowledges that while Pfizer has “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available, there is “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) — still available for use.

The FDA decrees that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed but can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.

Second, the FDA pointed out that the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing, EUA Pfizer vaccine are “legally distinct,” but proclaims that their differences do not “impact safety or effectiveness.”

There is a huge real-world difference between products approved under EUA compared with those the FDA has fully licensed.

EUA products are experimental under U.S. law. Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations provide that no one can force a human being to participate in this experiment. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject. Instead, potential recipients have an absolute right to refuse EUA vaccines.

U.S. laws, however, permit employers and schools to require students and workers to take licensed vaccines.

EUA-approved COVID vaccines have an extraordinary liability shield under the 2005 Public Readiness and Preparedness Act. Vaccine manufacturers, distributors, providers and government planners are immune from liability. The only way an injured party can sue is if he or she can prove willful misconduct, and if the U.S. government has also brought an enforcement action against the party for willful misconduct. No such lawsuit has ever succeeded.

The government has created an extremely stingy compensation program, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, to redress injuries from all EUA products. The program’s parsimonious administrators have compensated under 4% of petitioners to date — and not a single COVID vaccine injury — despite the fact that physicians, families and injured vaccine recipients have reported more than 600,000 COVID vaccine injuries.

At least for the moment, the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine has no liability shield. Vials of the branded product, which say “Comirnaty” on the label, are subject to the same product liability laws as other U.S. products.

When the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices places a vaccine on the mandatory schedule, a childhood vaccine benefits from a generous retinue of liability protections.

But licensed adult vaccines, including the new Comirnaty, do not enjoy any liability shield. Just as with Ford’s exploding Pinto, or Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup, people injured by the Comirnaty vaccine could potentially sue for damages.

And because adults injured by the vaccine will be able to show that the manufacturer knew of the problems with the product, jury awards could be astronomical.

Pfizer is therefore unlikely to allow any American to take a Comirnaty vaccine until it can somehow arrange immunity for this product.

Given this background, the FDA’s acknowledgement in its approval letter that there are insufficient stocks of the licensed Comirnaty, but an abundant supply of the EUA Pfizer BioNTech jab, exposes the “approval” as a cynical scheme to encourage businesses and schools to impose illegal jab mandates.

The FDA’s clear motivation is to enable Pfizer to quickly unload inventories of a vaccine that science and the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System have exposed as unreasonably dangerous, and that the Delta variant has rendered obsolete.

Americans, told that the Pfizer COVID vaccine is now licensed, will understandably assume COVID vaccine mandates are lawful. But only EUA-authorized vaccines, for which no one has any real liability, will be available during the next few weeks when many school mandate deadlines occur.

The FDA appears to be purposefully tricking American citizens into giving up their right to refuse an experimental product.

While the media has trumpeted that the FDA has approved COVID vaccines, the FDA has not approved the Pfizer BioNTech vaccines, nor any COVID vaccines for the 12- to 15-year age group, nor any booster doses for anyone.

And the FDA has not licensed any Moderna vaccine, nor any vaccine from Johnson & Johnson — so the vast majority, if not all, of vaccines available in the U.S. remain unlicensed EUA products.

Here’s what you need to know when somebody orders you to get the vaccine: Ask to see the vial. If it says “Comirnaty,” it’s a licensed product.

If it says “Pfizer-BioNTech,” it’s an experimental product, and under 21 U.S. Code 360bbb, you have the right to refuse.

If it comes from Moderna or Johnson & Johnson (marketed as Janssen), you have the right to refuse.

The FDA is playing bait and switch with the American public — but we don’t have to play along. If it doesn’t say Comirnaty, you have not been offered an approved vaccine.

The us Government gave the two MRNA companies a billion dollars to get their product up and out early, then they bought hundreds of millions of doses from them, but they also bought a hundred million doses of of a bunch of other companies to hedge their bet... Novavax is one of them... they just have to shore up manufacturing apparently... whether they do that or simply focus on the less restrictive world market for their product I cant say.. an article was posted a little bit ago

I think at this point its obvious that all the politicians are pushing Pfizer... you know the one with the most lobbyists... Im sure that is a coincidence...

More people in Florida are catching Covid, are hospitalized and dying now than at *any previous point* in the pandemic.

New Covid cases are 30% higher that the previous high in Jan. Over 17k are hospitalized.

But masks are bad. Vaccines are bad.

Stark, cold reality. No politics, no finger pointing. Just the sad truth. Here we are, at the tail end of August, 2021. Damn.

The rate of Covid-19 deaths has increased in 42 US states in the last week, according to new data, as the spread of the more virulent coronavirus Delta variant has upended a spring of reopenings and led to increasing concern headed into autumn.

In 14 states, Covid-19 deaths increased by more than 50% over the past week, while another 28 states saw an uptick of at least 10%, data from Johns Hopkins University on Friday shows.

It certainly seems like Pfizer is enjoying the best relationship with FDA of any of the vaccine makers, including the American JNJ and Novavax.

One possibility might be the incredibly fortunate addition that Pfizer made to its Board in very late 2019. Yep, Pfizer's newest Director is none other than former FDA Commissioner Dr. Scott Gottleib:

I hope everyone realizes that with how absolutely transmittable the virus is and the FACT that natural immunity lasts a minimum of 11 to 12 months in the vast majority of cases, the virus is going to burn itself out soon…

the vaccine doesn’t seem to work fast enough to prevent transmission, but natural immunity does…

Viruses that are too contagious always burn out eventually

Interesting story my sister related yesterday. Her best friend's husband has Covid/flu-like sxs and went for testing. He tested negative. They asked for a flu test, and the clinic told them "we're not testing for flu."

Kind of explains the low number of flu cases.

I guess they will start testing for the flu again once Covid wanes, lol.

There is no point testing for the common when flu when Novel Covid generates far more fear, govt spending, pharma profits, etc. with similar health outcomes to a nasty flu season.

It will be very interesting, over the next couple years, to see if the net deaths smooth out and are even noticeable......
