The father of my best friend in HS was the school's janitor. Great guy and worked his *** off providing for his family. He'd leave school each day then head to J&L in Pittsburgh to work an evening shift there, came back home and caught a couple hours of sleep before going back to the school. He did this for years.

There's nothing demeaning about hard work.

I don't know about the 1.5 million part, but there is no question that CMS reimbursed health plans with every injection given, and therefore the health plans incentivized providers to give said injections. I will preface this statement as purely anecdotal though, still having a relationship with physicians at the health care facility that I worked with for close to 30 years.
