In nearly every article explaining the transgender phenomena I can’t get past the first sentence because it always starts off something like this:
A persons internal sense of being male, female, does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth.
Assigned???? Ain’t nobody assigned anything.
How about “the sex they were born with”?
The only thing assigned to them at birth was the name the parents chose for them.
