People with conviction welcome questions.
On the surface pardoning people who commit fraud is frowned upon no matter who is doing the pardoning, so no, generally speaking I’m not good with whoever’s doing it.
But you would have to dig deeper into each case, so I happened to choose the one you singled out, but I’m not about to go through all of them.
Regarding Weinsteins Ponzi scheme, his pardon was influenced by Law Prof Alan Dershowitz claiming he didn’t get a fair trial.
Weinstein while enriching himself had extensively donated to charities.
Weinstens Ponzi schemes involved mostly Jewish investors, so the wealthy stealing from the wealthy, unless it has outer reaching consequences frankly I don’t give a damn.
Weinstein was a Republican Party donor, which was another on the plus side..
Although still not acceptable, these factors makes his pardon easier to swallow.
Before you proceed with another mind numbing question, in your own words state how much you disapprove of Biden pardoning his son.

They also answer questions with conviction. They don’t demand people answer their questions while refusing to answer their questions. They don’t change the subject when a question is asked of them. They don’t deflect and obfuscate when a question is asked of them.
