it's still not clear whether the damage was intentional or not; regardless, the manufacturer has liability because they either knew and are fraudulent murderers or they ought to have known and fraudulently misrepresented their manufacturing process control.

Today pasted pretty quickly and before we knew it, it was dinner time. The Mrs. and I looked at each other like the other one should have had something planned. :ROFLMAO:
So, I volunteered to run to Culver's for a couple of cod sandwiches and fries as they were close by.

As I was waiting for my takeout, I noticed an old like me couple fully masked in all of their glory also waiting for their number to be called.
I thought to myself, self, if one of them is immunocompromised I could see them covered up, but with both of them wearing face condoms, the thought of insanity came to mind.
Then, a young lady approached them with their order, not on a tray for dining in, but in a bag to take out.
Again, my thoughts wandered to if they were afraid of contracting the Black plague, why would they risk entering the establishment at all and not just use the drive through?

Then it occurred to me, they felt the need to be seen. NUTZ!

I'm there now. I get home from work and I eat dinner anywhere between 4:30 and 5pm. I typically don't eat all day and I'm pretty hungry by then. Besides, I dont like ro eat late then go to sleep with a full stomach.

Gallup has measured confidence in industry for a quarter of a century. During this time, the status of the pharmaceutical industry has only fallen. Now it rates second-to-last of 25 industries right above government itself.

In 2020, 34 percent of those polled had negative or somewhat negative views. That is now 58 percent, with only 28 percent expressing some confidence. That’s rock-bottom.

A Gallup poll from 2022 reveals scant support for Covid vaccine mandates in schools, with only 13 percent of Republicans favoring them in elementary schools and only 18 percent for them in college. In general, more than 80 percent of Republicans oppose such mandates, which is exactly the reverse of Democrats, though this poll was four years ago and that has likely changed too. Independents are split.

Back in 1992, the public overwhelmingly supported vaccination requirements in general: 80% for and only 17% against. Those numbers are on the verge of crossing, according to Gallup. Even with a vaguely worded question clearly biased toward positive answers, 45% now say government should stay completely out, while only 51% support vaccination requirements.

...Also, the same poll shows overwhelming opposition to the liability shield that currently protects vaccine makers. Removing these protections from pharma is overwhelmingly popular among Republicans, Democrats, and Independents.
