Flog wants to know if it helps with PMS.Not sure, I don't suffer from that just yet. It's super simple, I highly advise on at least trying it.

Former Board of Directors from Murderna:Has been refuted and condemned by many scientists but why would I waste my time googling and posting here (again, we've gone over the "turbo cancer" fraud here before) when you'll just automatically dismiss it? Gotta go to work now, have a good day.

What, you're not chewing on willow bark?Funny thing, I am a huge fan of the show Alone, and they had one participant on who was an herbalist with a debilitating disease, and she managed her pain relatively well with natural herbs. So, the wifey and I got into it and we make something called Amish Ibuprofen. It shocked me how well it works comparatively to the synthetic version. All it is, is Dandelion plant and roots with Apple Cider vinegar. I take two teaspoons when I start to feel a Migraine coming on and it keeps it from full explosion.
Are you suggesting they are dangerous like the Covid shots that wreak havoc on some folks immune systems? It's funny to me that people think untested, unregulated "natural" supplements can't possibly be dangerous. A lot of that stuff is made in China or elsewhere, and there is no one checking to see if it even contains what it says it contains, or what contaminants it might contain, let alone if it's safe or effective.
No it’s not. The proof is there. The idea that this whole thing was a “con” to affect elections is ludicrous.
I can only speak for myself, but the vitamins and supplements that I take are carefully researched. The issue that I've seen recently is that these companies sell out and what used to be "all natural" or "made in the USA" end up like you said, coming out of these countries that have little to no regard to safety or standards. Consistent due diligence is needed. It's funny to me that people think untested, unregulated "natural" supplements can't possibly be dangerous. Most supplements are fairly harmless, but not all. As Badcat stated you have to be careful about your sourcing and do your research because some can be dangerous especially if you take other meds or have certain health conditions. Some supplements have been found to contain excessive lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury. Do they scare me? No. A lot of heavy metals can be found in our diets in small amounts but if you're taking handfuls of supplements every day I'd be careful. I don't waste my money on them. Which ones scare you?

I'm not afraid of covid shots either, had 3 of them, had no side effects from them except a sore arm. Wouldn't get them again because I've had three of them and had covid twice, they weren't particularly effective as I've stated here many times before. I was not one of the rare people who had adverse effects from them.
I don’t know anyone who died from it either. My nurse practitioner friend who runs a health clinic for low income people has seen numerous young people die of covid. (Mostly with comorbidities like obesity and diabetes.) She still gets the covid vax every year so I guess she hasn’t seen anyone die from it.I’m not denying that adverse health effects can be caused by vaccines, I’m just saying I know of no one, many who have had multiple jabs, who had died or suffered any side effects from the vaccines. And I know a lot of people.
I also don’t know of, or aware of anyone I know dying from the seasonal flu.
However I do know of 3 acquaintances of mine who had died from COVID. All older folks. 60+.
That’s why I steer clear of participating in this topic and just enjoy the popcorn.
If you research the source, there are reputable companies out there and do have their place in medicine. It's funny to me that people think untested, unregulated "natural" supplements can't possibly be dangerous.
