What long-term effects are you talking about specifically? The virus coming here is likely less than a year old.

Point taken. Ebola is in fact less contagious than COVID.
But than I point to the flu. Just as contagious as COVID. Transmitted exactly the same way. Kills at the same clip ( by CDC projections, because it’s not a reportable disease ) as COVID. Approximately the same percentage rate.
But we’re not overreacting to the flu in the same manner. Why? Because it’s been around longer?

Funny how we don't hear about the flu anymore. We are now in the flu season and COVID cases have spiked. Must be just a coincidence.
 
COVID deaths are so over inflated.

“The case definition is very simplistic,” Dr. Ngozi Ezike, director of Illinois Department of Public Health, explains. “It means, at the time of death, it was a COVID positive diagnosis. That means, that if you were in hospice and had already been given a few weeks to live, and then you also were found to have COVID, that would be counted as a COVID death. It means, technically even if you died of [a] clear alternative cause, but you had COVID at the same time, it’s still listed as a COVID death.”

Trump wasn't President when we had Ebola. This year the Dems and media had to wreck the economy to win an election.

The wife and I just had a conversation about the vaccine this morning. We're both on the fence. I have a regular doctor appointment next week and I'll see what she says. I'm leaning toward taking it since I have The Beetus.

The tests themselves are woefully inaccurate. Tons of false positives. My GF is director of nursing at a facility where they've had residents test positive. Then the same person the next day is negative. Then the next day positive. Sometimes people get sick. You don't shut down our way of life because of it. You know what this "virus" kills the most? Small businesses.

Surprisingly no, he did have a long list of comorbidities though, diabetes, cardiovascular disease. This was in Virginia, my sister and her large family attended the services and were exposed to covid there. Only one niece came down with symptoms and felt like crap for a couple of weeks.
The entire clan (approximately 20) from Florida did quarantine for 10 days and were fine.

why dont we test the vaccine on those of society with ill-repute, vermin, scum, those who offer the world nothing but consume as much as possible - the low-lifes, dregs of society, the gum smear on the bottom of your shoe, the scent wafting from a wastewater treatment facility, hopeless causes, derelicts... OGRE.
 
The Covid vaccine would refuse to enter Ogre's bloodstream, if it really is blood that's pumping through it's veins. Maybe more like sludge.
