No one is saying it is THE answer, only that it should be considered as part of a broader solution. At present, it is mostly dismissed in favor of a shot with a so many problems it prompted the CDC to change longstanding definitions of several words to cover their ***** over mediocre medicine.

Virus Gonna Virus
We are almost two years into the plague di tutti plagues, the virus with a 3 in 1,000 death rate (give or take), which rounds down to roughly 0 in 1,000 for the non-elderly and morbidly obese.
Along the way, lots of different states and countries have pursued lots of different strategies, from Zero Covid to Zero Restrictions, from early vaccines to late vaccines to (basically) no vaccines.
Two years should be long enough to know who wore it best, amirite? So let’s go to the videotape!
Here’s the United Kingdom (heavy early lockdown, 70% vaccinated, tons of testing, just like the public health people want)
Erm. Not so good.
And here’s India (hard early lockdown, 20% fully vaccinated, very few with mRNA vaccines)
Okay, they had that big spikeroo in the spring, but they don’t look bad. But also they’re relatively young.
Now here’s Colombia (VERY hard early lockdown, 39% fully vaccinated)
Three, count them three, different waves, but nothing the last six months. Hmm. Maybe 39% vaccinated is the magic number?
Or maybe not. Because here’s Russia (light lockdowns, 33% vaccinated):
Mother Russia! Clearly some hard lockdowns are in order. And speaking of lockdowns, maybe Australia (SUPER hard lockdowns, explicit Zero Covid strategy, late but aggressive vaccinations) has the answer?
Looking good for a while, Australia… but not so much now.
It’s almost - hear me out, this is gonna sound CRAZEE - government strategies have made NO DIFFERENCE to the spread of this highly contagious but only moderately dangerous respiratory disease.
There is one exception, though.
I give you the People’s Republic of China, without which we wouldn’t be talking about the ro at all. Somehow Xi and Shi, the dear leader and the bat lady, have managed to make Covid go bye-bye - without a single jab of our fancy Western vaccines.
Virus gonna virus. And China gonna China.

Hint: it's the 6th largest land mass in the world while having an extremely low population density - it's actually one of the least densely populated places in the entire world. It actually may be the least densely populated for a large land mass.

- That would include those with natural immunity.

Instead, look at the nation. Last year, no vax. This year, more deaths than last year....with the majority of the country vaxed. Great work vaccines.
Oh you'll say it's the unvaxed driving the deaths. Yeah, with the majority of the country vaxed, and/or having natural immunity, that makes sense that that small % of people is driving higher deaths than last year. Right.
Let's look at some of the most vaccinated states and how they've done year over year in deaths:
Maryland - 66% fully vaxed, 77% partial:
Maryland 2020 deaths from 3/18/20 (first death) to 12/31/20 was 5,727 deaths
Maryland 2021 deaths from 1/1/21 to 10/26/21 are 4,869 deaths.
15% drop in deaths. Wow.
Vermont - 71% fully vaxed, 79% partial:
Vermont 2020 deaths - 136
Vermont 2021 deaths - 215
58% INCREASE in deaths. Huh?
New Hampshire - 63% fullly vaxed, 74% partial:
NH 2020 deaths - 759
NH 2021 deaths - 784
3% INCREASE in deaths
Maine - 70% fully vaxed, 76% partial:
Maine 2020 deaths - 347
Maine 2021 deaths - 775
123% INCREASE in deaths. What??

LA 2020 deaths - 7,488
LA 2021 deaths - 6,992
7% DECREASE in deaths despite getting slammed by Delta
Missouri - 49% fully vaxed, 56% partial:

2021 deaths - 6,277
0% change
Indiana - 50% fully vaxed, 53% partial:

One can find exceptions to each one of these. Which illustrates why state roulette is dumb. For every state you point out as EVIDENCE, counter-evidence can be supplied.
Further, it shows there is zero consistency in the vaccines working or not. Highly unvaxed states are outperforming highly vaxed states and vice versa. Zero consistency.
Hell, even the worst state in the union at vaccination, WV, is 41% fully vaxed, 49% partial. Yet....their...deaths...are far above....last year. Logic would dictate that if the vaccines were effective, deaths would have dropped by some degree given half their population has the vaccine. Yet instead they increased by 118% over last year (still less than Maine's increase). It's as if vaccinating half the population (WV) and 75% of the population (ME) had no discernable effect.
Yet you and the illogical media still try to convince people that somehow 50% of WV's population drove more than double the deaths in 2021 than the state saw in 2020.

Perhaps you've not been paying attention. **** who am I kidding LOL you never do. Australia has implemented some of the most tyrannical, draconian measures in place on the planet. Vaccine mandates, prohibiting people from literally traveling between states, lockdowns. In New South Wales, home of Sydney, people were prohibited from moving further than 3 miles from their homes. The government sent in military personnel to enforce these measures. They've recently been under 7+ weeks of further lockdowns. Police and military personnel clash with their citizens. Arresting people for not wearing masks.
The result?
Who gives a rats *** about the absolute number of cases. Their case load now absolutely obliterates where they have been previously. Despite the draconian measures. It's as if they aren't working huh?
And to boot, 74.1% of people 16 and Down Under are fully vaxed. It's as if that isn't working either huh?
I'm with you brother. Applied for mine on the 11th. Massive company. HR continues to say we will get back to you in "weeks". Deadline is Dec 8 to get the jab.
What offends me is that they are "contemplating" requests for religious exemption. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act seems pretty cut and dry. What are they contemplating?

What's to contemplate?
I believe they are collecting all exemption requests to figure out what type of a class action suit they might face. Not sure. But to me it should be pretty simple in light of the act. If getting this jab goes against my religion, then to let me go would be religious persecution.
I bet if I said I was Muslim and the Koran said X, they'd have already given me my exemption.
