What we're seeing is virtue signalling/deflection. The Dems knew someone would come along to deport them and they'd use that as a tool to say how mean and evil the Republicans are. Everything Tibs vomited a short time ago.

I am certain they were hoping to hold this card until closer to the midterms but the machine had to put it's deflector screens up to protect Omar, Walz etc..
