blah, blah, blah...
I pray that...
You're either lying or have no clue of which you speak. I'm going to go with the former.
The '3.5% rule' is at the core of the ‘unrest’ in our cities, especially LA, Minny, Portland, etc. We see it as ‘civil unrest’ – as that is how their mouthpieces in ‘the media’ are told to present the narrative.
It is actually a very well funded, organized and facilitated campaign to turn 3.5% of the population against law and order in order to destroy the Republic. It’s spoken about with glee in the media…

… as well as EVERYwhere else in ‘our schools’.
Except that it is NOT ‘civil resistance’…

They believe that ‘history teaches us’ ‘all the successful’ revolutions resulted from a mere 3.5% of the citizens rising up against whatever. Actually, our revolution was 20+% and it was extremely unpopular. People were petrified of the crown. Nobody seems to know what percentage of French supported their revolution but the support centered in cities while rural areas were against – similar to our own ‘civil unrest’.
‘Modern’ revolutions are called ‘color revolution’, and are similar to ours. The revolution actually overthrows via the ultra corrupt ballot, again following our ‘election’ patterns. The ‘ballot’ has flipped 71 countries to this point. We would be 72. That is why Trump will declare an emergency prior to November for the purpose of securing the ballot – paper ballots, one per actual registered voter, REAL ID, cast at the precinct, counted by hand – no machines, results announced that evening, no mail, no BS.
Interestingly, we have a unit within the D*D that monitors public attitudes via deep analysis of ‘social media’ (ponder that). Their mission is to track for the purpose of avoiding civil war. They believe that 82% of opinion must be aligned to order to avoid war. The bad guys believe 3.5% will trigger the war.
