Divisonal round games

I agree w/ the first part. Need to start w/ a real OC then upgrade the line. I think center is also a high priority. Cole had trouble just snapping the ball properly. Just remember Pickett beat the Ravens starting D not backups.
I agree

With a little help from the Ravens receivers and tight ends dropping 6-7 passes, including multiple TDs.
Pickett didnt turn the ball over and came in clutch when it mattered. Sure we got lucky the first half, but the D played much better the second half. Regardless Pickett had nothing to do w/ the Ravens offense and faced their starting D the whole game. Just like the AZ game Pickett / Pickens had decent chemistry going, but our D was getting gashed and Pickett didnt even play a full half

He did come up big in the fourth with a TD pass, but that game is a blowout in the fourth if the Ravens don't make those uncharacteristic mistakes.

The NFL already has the money, it's the broadcasting partners bringing in the commercial dollars. I wish they got a little more creative with advertising to reduce the commercials.
At least they don’t put advertisements on their uniforms or helmets.

I never thought I’d see the nhl go that route but they did. So did the nba

Every time I see a great play by these QBs (drafted after Kenny) - I get a feeling like I need a double shot of strong drink. (Love isn't in this but damn - we need a real QB)...
Love was trash a little while ago. You wouldn't have given him the chance to improve then ?

Alright fair enough. I dont mind Harbaugh as much as most on here, but I can not stand Lamar for some reason
As I've aged I don't hate Baltimore as much as I used to if it doesn't affect us. In fact I kind of admire them as I think they have patterned their franchise to resemble the pre Tomlin Steelers. That's why the games between us are so evenly matched and physical.

Same they are impressive and the hate some people show towards them is pure jealousy. Someone tonight said Jackson is a game manager system QB

This quarter will tell us a lot about GB. Do they take over the game or join us in MockDraftLand

They need to roll Purdy out of the pocket more, he’s more dangerous when rolling out of the pocket IMO.

I'll play. I put minimum thought into this while considering the QB1 on each team and that it is just a healthy QB for one season.

1. Josh Allen
2. Patrick Mahomes
3. Joe Burrow
4. Lamar Jackson
5. Matthew Stafford
6. Jared Goff
7. CJ Stroud
8. Jordan Love
9. Justin Herbert
10. Kirk Cousins
11. Aaron Rodgers
12. Trevor Lawrence
13. Dak Prescott
14. Brock Purdy
15. Jalen Hurts
16. Baker Mayfield
17. Geno Smith
18. Tua Tagovailoa
19. Anthony Richardson
20. Kyler Murray
21. Russell Wilson
22. Daniel Jones
23. Derek Carr
24. Justin Fields
25. Will Levis
26. Kenny Pickett
27. Bryce Young
28. Jimmy Garoppolo
29. Mac Jones
30. Sam Howell
31. Desmond Ridder
32. Deshaun Watson

I'd go with
1 Mahomes
2 allen
3 burrow
4 Stroud - maybe high but he's reading the field like a vet
5 herbert - elite talent stuck on a dysfunctional team
6 stafford
7 rodgers? this is where i'd put a healthy rodgers who has a few years left but i don't know his status
8 Love - again maybe high with limited sample but he's playing at such a high level on a young team
9 Jackson

Stroud and Love are projections because they have limited starts but they have both been very impressive playing from the pocket. Not just taking the easy read, but pushing it downfield.

I will say that Lamar absolutely got better as a passer this year. This was his first season running something close to an NFL passing game. Maybe Harbaugh being so conservative stunted his growth. Up to this point, Lamar has been a limited passer. He's been like Kordell. When the plan A is working, he looks great and wins a lot of games but when he finds himself in a hole and has to throw a bunch, he struggles.

I believe today they said this was Lamar's first playoff TD pass not in the 4th quarter. In other words, all his other playoff TD passes came late against prevent defenses when they were behind.

Lamar is very effective in what he's asked to do, So is Brock Purdy. I'm not touting Purdy as a great QB. I think they said Purdy is in MVP consideration. I think that's a joke.

In general, i don't like running QBs as much. Probably jaded by the Kordell experience. I always want the QB that can read the whole field and have the arm talent to force the defense to cover the whole field.

Randall Cunningham was mainly a runner who was a big play QB, but later in his career he became a great pocket passer. Maybe Lamar will get there one day. I'm just not going to rate him like he's already there as a pocket passer.

Their ratings are terrible. They need the extra revenue.
