DK Standing around, when the protection breaks down?

You build from the lines out. Kahn isnt the talent scout. He is the contract guy. Most teams would kill for the early returns on our recent drafts.
Kahn has had 21 draft picks. Based on offensive abd defensive starter positions, 4-5 of those should have been offensive skill positions, he has drafted 4, 1wr, 1Te,1rb and 1qb... the TE has overperformed his draft position, the Wr has underperformed it, the RB abd QB cant be judged because both were slated for 3rd string duties this year and you cant really judge any of these guys yet...

You just have an obsession about complaining about Kahn... he isnt even the guy really making these picks...
What is so hard for you to comprehend? Washington is the only skill guy drafted in the past how many years that has contributed on even a moderate level. Fact
If you disagree please elaborate

You missed my point - two of those drafted skill players it is too early to judge. 3 draft picks in the third round, one of whom is still in his rookie season, is not a large enough sample size to conclude that Khan doesn't know how to draft skill players. Let's wait until he's drafted half a dozen, including at least two in the first two rounds and they've actually had a chance to establish themselves before making judgements about his ability (or inability) to draft skill players.

Kahn doesn't know how to draft skill guys that are good enough to earn playing time ahead of journeyman, udfa, and aging vets signed off other teams practice squads.

Fact

Posting the word Fact after an opinion is liking putting the word Democratic in front of People's Republic of Korea, It doesn't make it so. It's still an opinion based on a statistically irrelevant sample size and population.

Any "plan" he has is a 6 or 7 win guy too. Unless you are talking about Rodgers again and you can clearly see that this is a fringe playoff team with Rodgers and a ton of money blown on bad contracts. Like the team around him isn't going to be better next year. No chance.

It’s football

There are hundreds of ways the team can be better next year, far too many to list but a QB changes a ton. Just saying no way are they putting all their eggs in the untested 6th rounder’s basket.

Many chances to field a better product between trades, free agency and the draft…would be great to add a new HC too, but that’s gonna be awhile.

There are no FA qbs and a trade for one is not going to improve your roster in the big picture of winning a championship. This is not a Sam Darnold year. If you want to stay at 8-10 wins keep on keeping on.

Time to draft a franchise QB then

IF a trade can’t solve the riddle, AND there are truly no FAs that can improve the squad (both IFs) then that leaves only the draft to solve the riddle

There will be options available in this draft to improve the position just as there were last year

Eventually the move has to be made OR they just keep on keeping on.

My guess would be Rodgers returns or expect an early day 1 or 2 pick. If Rodgers moves on then maybe draft 2 guys.

It matters not what I want or they’d have already addressed both HC and QB. But I’d almost 99.5% guarantee they don’t go into next year with Howard as “the plan”
