Coach Cowher had down times as well, but I never had a “HOPELESS” feeling with Coach Cowher at the helm.

I totally hear you and totally agree: I've never felt so "hopeless" with Cowher running things. Yea, a few "shaky" seasons, but only a few, and always a BIG comeback season to follow. With Shades, there are no "comeback" seasons, just more mediocrity is to follow. He's only full of snappy quips, nothing else. His lack of discipline is now legendary. His megalomania is unsurpassed. He is unfit for command. And I could care less about "no losing seasons." Irrelevant to me.

This team is broken, bottom line. And I don't know if Art II is the man to fix it; I am leaning towards a "no" there.
