Does Art Rooney need to work on the team's culture? 52 knees taken during the anthem

I had no idea it was this bad. It's interesting to note that the team who won the super bowl, lauded for team chemistry has zero people take a knee for the national anthem.

The below link shows the number of knees taken during the national anthem, the number of standing protests, and the number of team protests.

I sincerely hope the owners fix this and empower Roger Goodell to do what he must. Fans do not pay to see millionaires, many of whom aren't well-informed protest what some hold dear.

To be fair to the fans, perhaps they should know who took a knee and who did not. This way they can decide if they want to buy that Jersey number with the player's name on the back of it. It could work both ways...

That's a weird analysis/calculation. It has 52 steelers listed as sitting/kneeling and 1 team protest, which I believe are one in the same, as I think they are counting the 53 man roster minus Ali Villenueva standing outside the tunnel while the other 52 stood in the tunnel.

From what I have heard from the players and team, no Steeler took a knee. Their tunnel fiasco wasn't a protest either. It was a team decision that backfired. 2018 should be focused on football and playing in Feb.

Never happen. The league office and owners are afraid of the players and afraid of being called racists.
