See my post above… if that 4th is near the top of the round , you can trade down in the 4th and pick up an extra low round fifthWeird trade. While I understand the value in receiving an extra pick in the 4th round (2024) and 5th round (2025), we're also giving up picks in the 5th and 6th round respectively. I would have hoped for a flat out pick for Dotson rather than this swapping stuff.
It will be 2.75 million minus tge salary of whomever takes his placeIs it just me or does this also free up some cap space.
Not until they take care of the "Green"house effect.Khan/Weidel 2024
I literally laughed out loudNot until they take care of the "Green"house effect.
He wasn’t cheap. He cost 3 million against the cap this year, and he didn’t play any other positions… as a low end starter he was worth it, but as a backup he just wasn’t… plus im almost certain he was leapfrogged by herbig and Anderson so even if he made it he probably would have been inactive anyway…I am kinda torn on this. rookie contract, would be good to have the depth in case of injury. but on the other side he is gone next year anyway. might as well get something for him
If they dont want riots on tge south side and tge noth side, that better not be the caseMaking room to keep Kendrick Green on the roster!
Yeah I just don't really get all these gyrations. I'd have just rather straight out taken one pick and they damn well better have a good replacement because you are giving a guy with a lot of experience.Weird trade. While I understand the value in receiving an extra pick in the 4th round (2024) and 5th round (2025), we're also giving up picks in the 5th and 6th round respectively. He was absolute balls, outside of Green he was the worst OL we had on a roster. Now, he gets to suck on a sucky team where they'll suck week after horrid week in week out.Hate to see him go, but I get it and trust the office…
Always liked Dotson since we drafted him.
