DR. CODY WALLACE > Ramon Foster................

The LG is historically the quicker footed more mobile guard while the RG is the larger mauler type. We have a lead footed Foster playing at LG and the smaller, quicker DeCastro playing RG against the bigger DTs, wonder why we struggle.

Love this dude's old skool nastiness. Keep it up.

Does anyone remember last year when Velasco was the anointed one and we should get rid of Pouncey? Maybe we should count on Munchak to make the right choice- I'm sure Tomlin does.

Yup, I remember. I also remember we had "someone" moan about not having an "all-white OL" too...Remember that???

Wallace did have a very nice game and the entire OL looked greatly improved. I was especially happy that iirc I didn't hear Gilbert's name all night.

I think both Moats and Spence are upgrades, ie until Shazier gets more experience.

For Steeler fans, backups are almost always the most popular players on the team and need to replace Starter X right now. And then they have to become starters and 9 out of 10 times, we find out he was the backup for a reason. There is always the one that blossoms and outplays the starter, but not often. I do agree that Spence and Moats look like they may be able to hold their own in relief.

standard is the standard!

in all seriousness a back up coming off the bench you hope for a good game, half on adrenaline for getting a start,

But can they sustain that flow of play, or will extended play show cracks?

A unknown.... having solid depth is welcomed regardless.
