And I can show you 20 examples for every example you provide of black people who are ready to see him go, not to mention why focus on something from last year?? You think I cant find white supporters with the same attitude?? Its crazy how you paint all of us with a broad brush like you really know black people. Clearly you dont because if you've seen what I seen its not even a question whether its an opinion coming from an analyst, influencer, podcaster, former player or casual or long time fan commenting on social media. People are entitled to change their mind over a period of time.

That being said i wouldn't doubt their attitude wasnt so much that they didnt agree as much as they refused to agree with people who showed they true colors in the comments.
 
It's not just that they're losing, it's HOW they're losing.
Late-season collapse in something like 5 of the last 7 years.
The League's Highest Paid Defense coached by a supposed defensive guru is at the bottom of most defensive stats. Funny thing is, the D is still responsible for most of the wins.
Tomlin Fan Club callers to The Fan today were all about "It's the team he's given", ignoring the fact that Shades has final say on the roster and pretty much gets whatever players he wants.
Kenny Pickett -- "We got our guy!"
A-Aron -- In talks last spring, I knew all along he'd be here.
DK -- In talks last summer, I knew all along he'd be here.
And assorted other trades and signings.
The Khan Man's job is just to negotiate salaries. If a deal is workable, Shades gets who he wants.

No, it's just a matter that they will stick up for the black coach no matter what and excuse all failures as being someone else's fault.
Again, the same folks would want a white coach fired if he had the same lousy playoff record and regular late-season collapses.

That’s the type of fresh perspective the fan base needs to get onboard with.

You should definitely start a “Fire Tomlin” thread and get a petition started to drum up some support. The last couple days the first few members of this NEW “Fire Tomlin” movement began appearing and you should strike while the iron is hot!!!

I’m starting to feel like I may become impatient sometime in the near future if things don’t change, I’m sure they will though as we have the GOAT on our sidelines and he’s compensated well for these situations
