Sometimes Coaches run their course with a team. Look at Andy Reid/Eagles as an example. They both moved on from each other and both ended up with SB wins. I think we reached that point a few years ago with Tomlin. Side note: Butler might be the worst DC in the game. Or maybe he is just running the LBers and Tomlin is running the D. Either way Butler needs to be shown the door. The Canada experiment has failed up to this point drastically. Just horrible plays and play-calling week in and week out. That said....I don't expect anyone to lose their jobs anytime soon.
