Flood of positive COVID cases…

Not going to take a political position on this, although I have one, but just working with the limited facts we have:

1) Depending on the source, it seems the NFL is allegedly 95% or better vaxxed;
2) Apparently being vaxxed seems to mean little here as there isn't any great outcry of the unvaxxed causing this;
3) Among sports more broadly, and particularly soccer, there seem to be more young, healthy athelets suffering issues due to (allegedly) the vax than covid itself;
4) Doesn't appear to be any real news of current NFL players having a terrible time with covid.

I guess, outside of the NFL loving the chance at more prime time money, why not let them play? As the Godzilla movie says, "Let them fight."

Browns game now postponed.

I thought I read till Monday, play on monday ?

Two other games postponed.

Did I read wrong or has it changed to postponed indefinately ???

I had read an article talking about postpone till monday and you play with what you've got. They changed protocol to way less time and two seperate negatives together, not 24 hrs apart

Well…****!

Could start any discussion about the Browns with that statement, hell you could finish any discussion about the browns as well with that statement

Salute the nation

I mean a good league would have a contingency plan in place for this mess… i still think its betond time to move tge roster to 65 and have legitimate backups at every position… it would make mitigating these issues easier but the greed everywhere in the nfl doesn’t let it happen

I agree, but with rosters at 53 or whatever they are now, the talent is very thin.

Shoot, we might win the division after all.

Just a total coincidence that Pfizer just bought up a small company working on drugs for certain heart ailments that absolutely never happen as a result of the jab.

NFL Smartly modifying their crazy policy of testing everybody

Seems now they will only test players with symptoms. Hopefully this is a first step toward society realizing that covid is never going away and we have to learn to live with it and not try to hide under our beds and hope it goes away.
