Pickens was never going to mature in this current team culture. Give the Pickens crap a rest already, he's gone and not coming back

I would have kept him for his last season here with AARon throwing the ball to him. Then after the season let him walk...but we didn't. And where the state of our franchise is at now....who really cares.

Steelers now have the most fourth quarter points against per game this season at 11.7 - next worst is Giants and Cardinals at 10.9.
 
We were losing with still a chance to come back when he got hurt and fked up that play. Elliot botching that play was actually the final nail in the loss. The front line means squat without a decent safety with his eyes open in the back. D-line loses wind & momentum, CB's become tired and the whole team loses the clock and yardage when a safety can't check "one man" as in chase or kraft in two different games. This wouldn't have happened under polamalu's watch..

Sorry, I don't agree one bit. Elliot has been a plus player for us. That one play aside he has not been the problem.
