I'm not really sure how I feel about Jones. He is a decent runner and looks good sometimes, but other games he appears to be clueless. Not sure if it's coaching or he is just not that good

Easy move for Dallas unless they want to play for a draft pick at this point. The Raiders also make a ton of sense if they want to try him out as a starter for next year. Anywhere he's going to be a backup. Honestly, if I'm Jones I try to latch onto a Super Bowl contender as a backup and head back to the market next year to compete for a starting job.

He had an injury guarantee. They didn’t want to risk playing him. While he will cost them a pretty penny,they have moved on knowing he was not their future. I’m sure in the long run it will cost them less. I sure hope when it comes our turn to sign our next QB we have watched and learned the last few seasons.

He got demoted to the scout team ............ the other day he had a press release saying good-bye ............. so that is why the team likely released him

They sucked even worse with Tommy Devito at QB. Managed to score only 7 points and throw for 189 yards against the 30th ranked Tampa pass defense.

The Bengals drafted Jamar Chase instead of an elite OT and it wored out because they had Burrow, MIxon and Higgins already in place, so Chase lifted the offense. The Giants drafted Nabors without a QB or RB or another top WR, so Nabors so the offense still sucks. They should have drafted an OT to fix the OL, or traded back if they were set on getting a WR.

Now there are stories the Jets may release Rodgers. That would be a total Jets move to just copy the Giants.
