New head coach Mike McCarthy and the Pittsburgh Steelers have a few weaknesses that absolutely need to be addressed during the 2026 offseason. Some are such large positions of need that the organization is going to have to look for help in free agency and the 2026 NFL Draft, and one of those spots is wide receiver. That has been an area of weakness in Pittsburgh for several seasons, and the organization is going to have to work hard to shore up the position group. There are a few names to consider in free agency, while more names may be added to that list as other teams around the league make major decisions about their rosters.
