Here we are long past the AB Little Chest debacle, yet here he is.

He was at a Boxing event and said he was jumped by people who wanted to take his bling and beast him up. He chased after them and (just out of sight) gunshots erupted. He was taken in for questioning and not arrested, set free once they heard his side of the story…………..

Investigation is on-going.

AB is as nutty as a squirrel turd no doubt, but this seems like a case of self defense. And as a castle doctrine/stand your ground/ CCW person I don't have a problem with this. Plenty of other reasons to not like him...for me if it holds up as self defense this aint one of them.

The problem you have in this scenario is the threat of livelihood was gone once the perpetrators fled. They were not a life threat. You don’t get to hunt under the “stand your ground” doctrine.

Many people make that mistake of you can shoot them. You can ONLY under the guise of life threat.

I also realize states have their own interpretation. If someone is fleeing from you, Think and don’t just squeeze.
