I think Tomlin is a likeable guy. But his never had a losing season personal accolades need to be taken with a grain of salt.

3 playoff wins in 12 games leaves A LOT to be desired. But to some he can’t be criticized.

I think if this team doesn’t make the playoffs next season, then it’s time to replace coaching staff and that includes Tomlin

With Moore off the market, I'd either want a former HC/higher profile OC in an advisory role or an up-and-coming coach maybe as an assistant to Sullivan.

More realistically they will bring in France in an advisory role. So, while Canada is sucking as usual France can waive the white flag.

Imo Tomlin is a mediocre HC who consistently produces mediocre results. Look at the coaching staff, consists of low tier coaches at every position with Flores being the exception but they chose to let him walk.
Tomlin calls all of the shots, doesn’t want to be challenged only surrounding himself with yes men.
Thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room.
Actually the smarter HC’s hire the better assistants and surround themselves with the best staff possible. Not this guy!
And to boot you have an owner who buys into this nonsense.
The one constant over the years of mediocrity has been one Mike Tomlin.
This organization is in bad need of a fresh clean reset otherwise I don’t see it changing from the mediocrity that seems to be the new standard.
