HOF finalists announced

Torry Holt over Ward??? Ward had more catches and more TD's than Holt, oh yeah 2 Super Bowls and a Super Bowl MVP. And Wards post season stats dwarf Holts. That doesn't even take into consideration who Ward played with his first 6 seasons, Holt played in a dome on a passing offense.
Hell he had more TD's than Reggie Wayne who played his entire Career with a HOF QB.

It's real and strong

When you have two players that actually changed the way the game is played, that should be an induction. Add in each of those careers and you have an inductee that is far worthy.

I'm NOT wearing any B & G glasses either.

Well, when Hines and Harrison are snubbed, you see the HOF is just how the league is soft on performance and big on fluff.

Agree, but it is a disgrace to those players of the past, the ones that have been inducted on merit.

Will Greenwood #68 ever get it FFS!!!! damn man
FAR bigger crime than Hines and Harrison, too.
I can understand the case against Harrison.....sort of.
There is NOTHING that can be said, no argument, that justifies Hines and LC not being in the HOF.
PURE, UNADULTERATED BULLSTUFF!

Pisses me off, they are always talking about sacks and Greenwood played in a time that the run game was dominant. Teams simply did not drop back to pass nearly as much as this pass happy league does now. He also played amongst other defensive all pros that had their share of sacks as well.......
In the end, the most likely explanation for Greenwood's Hall omission is "Steelers' backlash" to so many players in Canton from the 1970s' dynasty. There are 10, one short of the 1960s' Packers, who won five titles. Nevertheless, with Greenwood in the senior pool, it's time to give him one last look to see if a player with four rings, six Pro Bowls, two All-Pros and an all-decade selection should be outside the Hall of Fame looking in. Too many Steelers or not, the Hall should be reserved for how well an individual performs, not whom he played for. L.C. Greenwood performed like a Hall of Famer, and it's time he had a Gold Jacket to match his shoes

Makes me worry for Ben. I fear if he doesn't make it year one it might be a long wait. when you take the hate for the steelers and then add in that there was not much love for Ben, it could get ugly.

Hell look at how they looked past him for SB MVP..

with the numbers he put up and 2 Super Bowls, he has to be 1st ballot, it helped that Brady and Brees didn't retire the same time too, not that it should matter but I'm sure it would've
