HOF Game

Due to a court order several players who were in the 26 draft but did not get drafted are going back to college. We may see some early cuts decide to go back to college. Especially QBs. Is it better to be on practice squad or go start in college and make maybe 500K at a mid major then try your luck again in 27?
How are they going to join a college team in late August?

It probably won't be with a top team that has depth but there will be teams that come out of camp and realize their QB or RB or whichever position is weak so they add one of these guys. All it takes is 1 booster to write a check.

A guy like Haynes King with his RPO skills can fit a lot of offenses. The whole point of RPO is that it's simple. Just about any OT that was good enough to be invited to an NFL camp is better than what most teams in college will be starting.

I'm not saying these guys would get snapped up by top teams, but a team like Maryland? How about Florida State with a coach on the hottest of seats and frustrated boosters? Add in player injuries and I can see more than a few of these players getting an offer to go back to college.
