How do we win a SB next year ?

Oh his X and O ability is definitely a positive.

I think on O the team will be fine, it is on D where all my doubts lay.

I personally thought that was a "bush league" move by Joey and showed me his lack of professional leadership...and I dont want to hear the "he was just concerned about his teammate" and he "didn't entice the situation at all" bullshit..

Then the other off field incidents that followed...

This guys is supposed to be a leader for 22-26 year old "kids"...
I wouldn't want him on my staff...
 
This team needs to get back to the fundamentals on defense. We all know that the team needs to find an answer at ILB and an upgrade at cornerback, but there's talent in place. I want the defense to play assignment football and the X's and O's and coaching can do a lot to fix the problems even if the talent isn't there.
 
Get Haley back! Fire Tomlinson and his college buddy Butler. Enough is enough! He's been trying to run a Tampa 2 with zone 3-4 talent since he got rid of Lebeau. His decision making has been mediocre at best. His excuse for the inside kick was the last straw for me. A smart man would have kicked deep and trusted the odds. I'm sorry to say this but Art II doesn't have the passion/knowledge of the team the way his father/grandfather did. In closing, FIRE Tomlinson and Butler. Promote Munchack to HC. Bring back Haley as OC. Bring back Lebeau or promote Lake for DC.

ABSOLUTELY, a disgrace to the franchise. He hasn't brought nothing to the coaching the LBs world. My comment was sarcasm and the reality is he is contributing to the "blow off" atmospher on the team.

A classic too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Two coaches devising all these possible schematics. Look how smart we are! Then in the process you water down your D with more thinking and less physical reacting. How many times did the players look confused?

Two ILBers are needed, a FS, and a OLBer, and possibly a NT.

And simplify the scheme these players aren't strong on thinking.

Draft can bring you two of them, this year I feel you need to bring in two as well. to get close to what is needed for improvement.

Firing Haley was THE STUPIDEST CHICKENSHIT move this team could make,a pitiful scapegoat move. Tomlin is playing the "hang on as long as you can" card, mark my words come next December when you look at this teams record.

Remember Tomlin is making millions of dollars he has to hang on as long as possible..... because "The standard is the standard." What exactly is that?......mediocrity, brace yourselves kids.

Tomlin has lost Elfie...I supported Tomlin from day one, but now just like America lost Cronkite during Vietnam, so has Tomlin lost me. Prepare for Ben getting helicoptered out of the embassy and onto the roof of a hotel to escort a porn star, all the while preaching to the young guys about "being adults" KETTLE MEET EVIL KNIEVEL/ THE DEVIL WENT DOWN TO GEORGIA POT!

This team needs to be overhauled from the top down. That's all, they will never win another SB with Tomlin and Ben still in place.

And I could overlook Ben moving his yapper and being all preachy with the young guys because you are right Wig: It starts at the top. Tomlin gave license for Ben and everyone else to start moving their mouths.

Tomlin needs to move on to his lifes work of ruining some other team while articulately babbling
meaningless nonsense into that team's microphone.
 
Ben alerting the world to the ****** coaching isn't a bad thing...
