How Good Will Steelers Be This Season?

The first game, they beat our backups, not our starters. Mayfield had to go up against a defense without either of its best defensive linemen, without its best edge rusher and without key players in the defensive backfield. Oh, and an offense without the starting quarterback as well. And it was nowhere near the blowout it should have been under those circumstances.

The second game was given away by the offense. The Steelers outplayed them after the first quarter, and actually made a game of it after going down 28-0 in the first 15.

Baker Mayfield sucks. He would have been on the scrap heap if not for those two games, and he should still be on it.

So the Browns beat our backups by 3 and our starters by 11.

It's how they are at the end of the season that concerns me most.


The end of the year has sucked for a very long time.

I'm actually pumped for this year. Ben looked crazy good in his one appearance, Harris is gonna be better than Bell. The defense will be a force to be reckoned with and our special teams are gonna be top 5 this year. looking thru my Steeler glasses I see us winning 13 games winning the AFCN and going into the playoffs like a run away train. I just got a gut feeling everything is gonna fall into place and this is gonna be our year. I ******* love this team....
