How many games does DK get

Yeah but the huge difference in this case was the fan reached out and initiated contact with Lamar and Hopkins, DK initiated the contact here. If the fan would've reached out and smacked DK then DK wouldn't be getting anything. That fan is a scumbag for that being his sole purpose.

He would be a multi-millionaire if he isn't already one from this incident. He's a first class a-hole, but fishing for idiots to take the bait in the NFL depends on there being guys like DK willing to take it.

Bigger problem: the team culture that allows players and assistants to casually watch him leave the sideline during a game to engage a fan and collectively shrug. If the season collapses in his absence, Tomlin's casual attitude and support of DK's actions might spell his end.

the NFL should follow the NHL's guidelines and put plexiglass up to protect fans. It's the only solution, correct?

the idiot fan shouldn't have been engaging THAT close to DicK, but on the same side of the coin, DicK shouldn't have allowed some ham and egger jabroni to get THAT under his skin. Dude had to have known the wording of his contract, otherwise why risk $40-45 mil to **** with some dude who won't see that amount of money even if he lived 10 lives?

It's sad because so many justified jettisoning Pickens because he sulked about not getting action, and a few other things, and then those same folks, including the Steelers FO, accepted a 15x more expensive Diva with attitude issues and then paid him a $30M bonus before even donning the Black and Gold. Who signed off on all that and dumped Pickens under market value?

I hope it wasn't the same dude who parlayed less for George into more for DK and ended in a **** sandwich.

Maybe Roman Wilson can catch 15 balls for 200 yds in these next 2 games so the Steelers can trade him to the Bears.

because everyone always thinks everyone is out to get the Steelers. Since the fan is a scumbag, which he is, everyone thinks the athlete should be able to do what they want to him.
DK is 100% in the wrong, and just stupid. I've been to a ton of games, and fans yell ****** things all the time, this is nothing new.
 
I keep going back in forth with this.

The NFL is still investigating the fan.

First DK is guilty he should have never went over there. I am still not sure if he went there for the autograph or recognition of the fan. Regardless he shouldn’t swing at words.

Second racism and saying something about someone’s mother is an inexcusable bad behavior . One that I despise in general. So we can’t pretend there isn’t a possible mitigating circumstance.

Used to be in life if you would cross the line you shouldn’t be surprised if you got punched in the mouth. The US softened their people with this crap now. But a rule is a rule.

If they find this fan was acting inappropriate which they still might I would like to see his punishment reduced.

The fan is no doubt a scumbag that was trying to get this reaction so he can probably cash out.
The problem is even if someone says something about your mother and you blast them in the face, you're still getting assault charges.

DK was in the wrong for going up to the guy. The suspension and loss of guaranteed money is certainly adequate punishment.

The fan is a turd,didn't get punched and deserves nothing. F him.
