Would you pay to be in the next team/film meeting. I'm in for $1000. I wouod really like to see what is said as it pertains to George Pickens finger block at goal line and him sauntering into a jog down the right hash while returner is on left hash on the sailed interception.

If it was on a "sit and say nothing" condition, I don't think I'd be willing to spend more than $10. Because, if my hunch is right, this team is so dilapidated, so out of control, that nothing is really said out loud about such team desertion; they are mostly all part of it and Dumblin doesn't say much of anything about any of it, since he is so part and parcel a part of it. Dumblin no longer has the bold veteran leadership to carry out the team spirit and message, without it he is simply lost in trying to set the boundaries for team culture. What more evidence is needed to illustrate this is true? The fact that Najee has nothing to say to the media says it all.

Fair points. I'd just love to read the room. And see if Tomlin addresses the several 🐘 in it.
 
If Im guessing there is a face to face with Pickens before group meeting and it might just be stated me snd George discussed this. But personally he should not be at meeting. He should be at home.

It's fallen to the point where all he can do is admit his failings and admit he has no answers to them. Unlike last week, where he still tried his phony, fake bravado (similar to the "We will raise hell in December" decree of some years ago) where he tried and failed his "tough guy act" of "Because that's who we are" rhetoric, this week he's reduced to admitting he has no idea how to save this team from complete failure. And the players who like the fact that he runs such a soft, undisciplined ship have their hands in this as well, although plainly not to the same degree; Dumblin is the supposed "leader" of this team...a "leader" with nothing but fancy, silver-tongued quips that are meaningless when reality comes a knocking.

And that creates a bigger problem. He simply cannot come back as a hard ***. If you think things are bad now, let him try that ****. There will be a full on mutiny. The only thing you can do with guys like Mike Tomlin is move on. The culture he created within this team has failed and failed miserably. Just let it fall off the cliff this season, move on, and try to bring in a better coaching staff next season. There's no guarantees, sure, but this obviously isn't working anymore.

I would love to be in a team meeting just to hear what the actual game plans and "coaching" is. Pickens is an issue, but he is way down on the list.

Why? The standard is the standard, if DJ can do it, why should Pickens be held at a different standard?

When Tomlin let AB get away with any and everything others took notice. And a new culture was created.
 
As I said in another post. The Steelers need to deal Pickens while his value is still high. He will eventually be known to be a team cancer.
 
why even have a meeting? hell why even practice this week, will it really matter if everyone takes the whole week off? **** most of them took the whole game off anyways.

Maybe we can deal him to KC in the off-season. They desperately need a WR and Pickens is better than a crap shoot at the draft.

These guys are millionaires. I’m not interested in what a bunch of guys struggling at their job at the moment have to say
 
So Chuks gets benched for suggesting the team just kneel the ball and kill the clock when losing a game, and Tomlin brings the hammer down and benches him, but Dionte and Pickens can go out there and just quit on plays, and Tomlin coddles them with some idiotic comment like, "I'd rather say sic'em than whoa"
