So Chuks gets benched for suggesting the team just kneel the ball and kill the clock when losing a game, and Tomlin brings the hammer down and benches him, but Dionte and Pickens can go out there and just quit on plays, and Tomlin coddles them with some idiotic comment like, "I'd rather say sic'em than whoa"

This exactly is how he lost the team. And Chukes just said what the world was thinking.
