How Steeler Nation feels watching this offense

Austin had a historically terrible defense when he was the DC in Cincy and even cheap Mike Brown fired him in season. What does the greatest coach ever do, he hires him here. Plus he was the DC in Detroit for four years and that defense was terrible. But Mikey T brings him aboard.
Canada, one good college season as an OC, fired in season at LSU as OC, fired at Maryland, but Shades brings him on board.
Total lack of accountability and total incompetence but hay, never a losing season.
 
I was under the impression that Deuce was the one who was responsible for bringing Canada on board.

I think the Rams have better overall coaching, and the D will be facing another pure passer. Definitely might be tough sledding to pull out a victory.

a west coast game at 4:30pm? against a non-divisional foe they're not accustomed to facing on a regular basis? after a bye, no less? yeah, don't be shocked if the rams hand us our ***** Sunday after next. i can see it now: cooper kupp, 15 catches, 175 yards, 3 touchdowns, as the game is over early in the 3rd quarter.

Y’all showing your utter lack of football acumen with this whole “we need to score points on offense” narrative

Just sit back and enjoy the ride to the promised land, 9-8 here we come baby…is there room in the case for another participation trophy?

Inept scheme and coaching including personnel decisions put them under the eight ball. Then when they squeeze out a mediocre finish it is, did you see how the coaches lifted the team out of their doldrums?

Never mind their lack of X and O's (both sides of the ball) never gave them a chance to achieve anything notable.

I will say it again anything less than a playoff victory is a massive fail.

No. He recruited Shades’ kid to play at Maryland and Shades hired him as QB coach the next year. His best coordinators were the ones he didn’t hire, Haley, LeBeau, and you can add Arians if you want since he was promoted by Shades but hired by Cowher.

Tomlin did a good job because he filled a need. lol

Recall the poster who vehemently argued that the Steelers did a good job because they filled a need, regardless of the player being good or bad. The need happened to be a WR who was said to have not been very good. It didn't matter to him. The fact that a need was filled was most important.

That argument went on for several pages. He was a stubborn one. I don't remember the posters name nor the WR in question.

The amount of traffic on this football forum has diminished quite a bit since season start. No enthusiasm with the fanbase. Tomlin team, no fire, no spark.

Canaduh, hereafter referred to as “Duh”, sucks.
Shades mostly sucks.
Deuce is cheap.
There’s not much else to discuss.

I actually think MT is a good HC, however because he can't or won't hire competent assistants this team will continue to draft 16-22 every year.

It boggles the mind how anyone in the Steeler organization can be satisfied with this offense.

They’re probably not but they’re not going to fire anyone who is under contract either.
After this cluster of the last three seasons they should take the hiring of assistants away from Shades and let Omar make those decisions.

Was a British make of car. British cars tend to be slow, unreliable, and rust out. Okay, that all fits. Other British cars…Rolls, hmm maybe…MG, nah…Rover, nah…Jaguar…Jag, Yinzer slang for jagoff….
Of course here we already use Jag for Just A Guy.
Okay, Rolls or Jag or keep working on it? Whaddaya yinz think?
