I feel bad for Warren

They are STILL fighting the upcoming lawsuit on CTE, that's what all the flags and fines are really all about, all for being able to say "See, we tried EVERYTHING we could to limit concussions!"

Nah, tgey settled that for a couple billion iirc… tge owners are suing an insurance company claiming that they should reimburse them for that settlement, but the players already took a payday that probably should have been bigger…

To me the term probable intent has to come into play. Jaylen Warren did exactly what he was trained to do on that block and natural reflexes of an oncoming collision did the rest. I reject what you are saying Stewey. Warren losing 10 percent of his salary is huge. He blows out his knee sometime this year he is done and after taxes he has not made close to lifetime money.
Then he gets a regular job. He has a college degree doesn't he?

I have more concern for the welfare of an Army sergeant making $66k yr. that got his knees blown clean off.

If only Jaylen was warned about the possibility of fines costing him some of that that $870,000 year contract...he may have said no thanks and walked away.
I know I would. Riiiiight. lol

****, I feel bad for many a many players who’s careers have been wasted here. I’m also including current players as well.

That was for past players what about future ones? They can't sue?

The bigger issue was the league, for years, not using the best helmets available because they had more lucrative contacts with other helmet suppliers.

Antonio didn’t want to use anything other than his original helmet, even disguised it with paint .!

I think Antonio was looking forward to a future lawsuit by claiming old helmet use.
