When will enough be enough for Art II? The Pittsburgh media is sounding off on Tomlin, some x players, and Jaylan Warren letting the cat out of the bag with taking the Cards too light. I’m finding myself more and more checked out on this team. We had a group of x Western Pa folks watching this past Sunday at the pub and everyone said the same damn thing. This is just too hard to keep watching this team.
I don't think they were ill prepared for this game. The offense and defense both looked good to start the game. Stupid penalties by players early on the field killed some drives and then injuries hit and killed the game. This was a **** show but until the team ran out of ILB's the coaches were the least of the problems. Then communications broke down.

Aside from one or two calls on offense I had no issues with the coaching early in the game. Once we lost Roberts the coaching on defense and on offense seemed to **** the bed along with the rest of the team. Losing our starting guard on offense didn't help either. This is in regards to being prepared to start the game comments mainly. People saying we were not ready. I disagree with that as we came out playing pretty well and should have put the game away early if not for players making stupid penalties during the plays. The procedural issues cropped up after the injuries hit and we started having the pre-snap issues. Aside from the 4th down decision I put this loss more on the players than the coaches, this game. At least that was my perspective from being in the stadium versus watching on tv.
There were 2 illegal formation penalties and a timeout by the O in the first half alone.
